Who is it for?
If, like me, there are many things about your city that make you smile, laugh, think, growl, cry, scream or believe in a better world; then this blog is for you.
If you want to share how you see the city you live in, tell someone about this amazing project that you think should be replicated in other cities because it works so well, or talk about the wonderful way people use public space in your city, then this blog is for you.
If you’re looking for the kind of blog that is not just about reading, but also seeks your opinion, then this blog is for you.
If you’re looking for a blog that shares ideas about living, dreaming, building and transforming cities, then this blog is for you.
What is the objective?
I like to explore cities and find those hidden corners of human activity and spark. I would like to know what makes people move and feel a part of their city. I would like to know why these hidden corners flourish and how we can work to preserve them. So this blog is about observing, dialoguing and reflecting on what makes a city flourish.
What kind of posts will you be reading?
For now, three kinds.
(1) Reflections, a 10min read, on observations I’ve made linking them to current urban discourses OR on interviews I’ve carried out on specific projects that have transformed spaces in the city.
(2) Short, 2min reflections or anecdotes on particular scenes I’ve seen in different cities that have caught my attention due to their impact, creativeness or transformative potential.
(3) Visual, 5min observations accompanied with some (potentially bad) drawings on how I see city spaces being transformed through people’s actions or ‘spatialities’.
So what now?
We want to feel good about our cities right? So, lets play a part in their making.

AND most importantly, feel free to share your feedback, opinions and ideas whenever. The best ideas come when people act together and share experiences, and who knows, maybe your idea, project or observations will become a part of this blog, you can write in it or ask me to write about it, whatever works best for you!
